We aligned the behavior of the Merge Cart and Merge Cart in Store endpoints with the cart merge during Customer sign-in and sign-up. Now, the manual merge methods no longer return a ResourceNotFound error when no active Cart exists; the anonymous Cart becomes the Customer's active Cart instead.
