Added support for referencing Variants in Attributes and Custom Fields in public beta

You can now reference Variants from product type Attributes and Custom Fields. This feature is available in public beta.

variant is now a supported value for AttributeReferenceTypeId, so a ProductType Attribute of type reference (or a set of references) can point to a Variant.
variant is now a supported value for CustomFieldReferenceValue, so a Type reference field can point to a Variant.

References are validated on creation. Referencing a Variant that does not exist fails with a ReferencedResourceNotFound error.

This is only available for Projects with productCatalogModel set to Modular.
