AI Hub, the commercetools add-on for agentic commerce, is now generally available and fully supported for production use. AI Hub makes your commerce data discoverable and actionable within GenAI channels such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini by connecting large language models (LLMs), commerce protocols, and Payment Service Providers (PSPs). Because your existing PSP processes the payment, you remain the merchant of record throughout the flow.

The following capabilities are now generally available:

Google Gemini supports the end-to-end flow from discovery through checkout using the Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP), with payments through Adyen, Stripe, CyberSource, or Worldpay Access.
OpenAI ChatGPT supports product discovery.
The Stripe Agentic Commerce Suite (ACS) enables agentic checkout across ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and Perplexity through a single integration for Stripe merchants.

You configure and manage AI Hub in the Merchant Center under Settings > AI Hub, where you connect each Store to an AI provider through an Agentic Channel.
