Zen Electron Trade is onboarding a new buyer: **Meridian Facilities**, a property services company with two semi-autonomous regional teams, North and South. Both teams buy the same catalog at the same negotiated prices, but each team needs its own delivery addresses, and the company wants headquarters to retain visibility over all orders.

As the Functional Architect, you need to decide how to structure the Business Units, configure Store assignment and inheritance, and avoid the common pitfalls that block checkout.
