Added support for key and locale for Customers

You can now set the key and locale for your Customers in the Merchant Center. Previously, you could only set the key and locale using the Customers API. By aligning the functionality with the Customers API, this enhancement ensures a consistent experience when working with Customers in Composable Commerce.
