Added support for Custom Fields on Associate Roles

With this enhancement, you can now view and edit Custom Field values on Associate Roles in the Merchant Center. You can define Custom Fields using the Custom Fields API. To view or edit the values in the Merchant Center, go to Settings > Project settings > Business units > Associate roles and permissions and select an Associate Role.
