Added support for duplicating Business Units in the Merchant Center

You can now create Business Units by copying the values from existing Business Units. When duplicating Business Units, you can edit the Business Unit details before finalizing the creation. This enhancement helps you increase efficiency when creating similar Business Units in the Merchant Center.
