You can now import suggested Product Types and Attributes from Smart Data Modeler directly into your Merchant Center Project. After you generate and confirm a proposal, click Import to create the proposed model.

Previously, you had to download the proposal as a json file and create Product Types manually in the HTTP API Playground. This enhancement removes that manual step and helps catalog managers move from a generated proposal to an active product data model more quickly.

To use this enhancement, go to Settings > Product types and attributes, open the Add product type drop-down menu, and select Smart Data Modeler. Upload your product catalog, provide business context, generate and review the proposal, and then click Import.
