The Intake Agent in the Merchant Center can now create Shopping Lists from unstructured customer requests, such as emails, spreadsheets, or free-text descriptions.
When you specify in your request that you want to create a shopping list or save items for later, the Intake Agent extracts the customer and product information and creates a Shopping List with the requested name. You can then review a summary of the created Shopping List, including matched Line Items and any unmapped products.
