# InStore Add-On ## Product description [commercetools InStore](https://docs.commercetools.com/instore) is a flexible solution designed to empower commercetools customers to operate in physical, shopper-present locations like retail stores, kiosks, service desks, and mobile. InStore enables customers to: - Accept physical payments, including card-present credit and debit cards, gift cards, and cash. - Manage payment ecosystems and devices, such as safes, cash drawers, printers, payment devices, and scanners. - Handle refunds, for receipted and unreceipted merchandise purchased through any channel. - Manage cash as inventory, with capabilities like performing cash counts and managing bank deposits.
