You can now configure an HTTP health check for service and event applications. Connect calls the configured path periodically to verify that the application is running correctly, and considers it unhealthy after too many consecutive failed checks.

To configure a health check, add the healthCheck field to the application's entry in connect.yaml. For more information, see Health checks.
