Introduced page rule criteria builder

In the Dynamic pages area you can now use the page rule criteria builder when creating dynamic page rules.

The page rule criteria builder eases the creation of dynamic page rules by letting you use UI elements to define rule criteria instead of writing a FECL expression. This is especially useful for Studio users who do not have development knowledge. However, you can still write FECL expressions to define criteria.
