commercetools InStore is an application and collection of micro-frontends and microservices that allow you to run in physical, shopper-present locations such as retail stores, kiosks, service desks, or pop-up shops. commercetools InStore lets you:

• Take physical payment including card-present credit and debit cards, gift cards, and cash.
• Manage the payment ecosystem and physical devices, including safes, cash drawers, printers, payment devices, and scanners.
• Handle refunds, with or without receipts, of merchandise purchased in any channel.
• Manage cash as inventory, including performing cash counts and bank deposits.

All of the InStore out-of-the-box process components can be tailored for how you operate your physical selling store locations through the InStore Center.
