The InStore_Configuration module retrieves data from the InStore_State module to determine the presentation and behavior of the Settings page.
This module stores the retrieved tenant data in the browser, making it available to other modules across the application.
Capabilities
The InStore_Configuration module handles the following InStore functions:
- Evaluates the environment key and location identifier provided by the user and retrieve settings to ensure a valid combination.
- Retrieves and displays lists of claimed and unclaimed workstations.
- Allows the user to claim or reclaim a workstation and then passes the presentation to the InStore_Auth module for validation.
Administration parameters
You cannot modify the behavior of this module using administration parameters.
User interface
This module affects the configuration screen where the user sets the key, location ID, and claims a workstation on the InStore colleague app UI.
