Added two frontend build statuses in Continuous Integration

In the Continuous Integration area, the frontend build statuses now include Not applicable and Expired to provide a more accurate display of the build status.

Earlier, for scenarios that are now captured by the new statuses, the Pending and Canceled statuses were used, even though they did not reflect the actual build status.
