Channel selection during order placement in the Merchant Center

If several prices dedicated to different product distribution channels are available for a variant, you are now able to select a channel to continue placing the order with the corresponding unit price. When clearing the selection the shown price will be the price without a channel. The selected channel will be displayed in shopping cart, order summary and order review.
