Added Category export to Merchant Center

You can now export Category data from the Merchant Center to CSV or JSON files. This feature allows you to backup and archive Categories or to migrate them to another Project using import Categories. This feature is currently available in ImpEx, but its inclusion in the Merchant Center provides greater convenience and allows you to take advantage of single sign-on.
