Added support for duplicating B2B Orders in the Merchant Center

You can now copy B2B Orders in the Merchant Center. When duplicating B2B Orders created by Associates on behalf of a Business Unit, you can edit the Order details before finalizing the Order. This enhancement helps you increase efficiency when creating large recurring Orders in the Merchant Center.
