Added support for exporting Inventory entries

You can now export Inventory entries from the Merchant Center. With this enhancement, you can now backup and archive Inventory entries or migrate them to another Project by importing the Inventory entries.

Previously, this feature was only available in ImpEx. With the added support in the Merchant Center, you have greater convenience as it eliminates the need to switch between different tools.

This feature is available only for Projects in Google Cloud Regions.
