Added support for publishing imported Products

You can now choose to publish new and updated Products when importing Product data in the Merchant Center.

Previously, you could only update the staged representation of existing Products, and there was no way to immediately publish new Products created by the import process. This change makes it easier for users to make immediate changes to their published Product catalog.
