Previously, we communicated that Merchant Center would switch to the Identity authentication service on 6 October 2025. To ensure a smooth transition, we're changing this date to 14 October 2025.

On 14 October 2025, Merchant Center users will sign in via Identity. If you don't have an Identity account, you'll be asked to create one. With your new Identity account, your existing access and permissions in the Merchant Center will not change.

We'll publish an announcement through our release notes page when this change goes into effect.
