Bug fixes for the Store Launchpad for B2B Manufacturing

We fixed some bugs on the Store Launchpad for B2B Manufacturing to enhance its functionality and user experience.

• After entering information for the checkout, the UI now requests that you Review order instead of Review quote.
• When adding a new address during the checkout, it now automatically displays without needing to refresh the page. Previously, the address displayed only after the page was refreshed.
• On the Product details page, the Product Details and Product Specification sections are now always expandable. Previously, a bug caused a thumbnail image to overflow onto the sections and you couldn't expand them.
• Purchase lists are now displaying as expected. Previously, if you navigated to Purchase Lists from the My Account menu, the list didn't display until you refreshed the page.
• The error message displayed when registering a Business Unit with a name already in use now indicates that the name is already in use, as expected. Previously, the message stated the email was invalid or already existed.
