Added new option to change the order of page folders

In the Site builder area, you can now change the order of page folders by clicking the Sort folders button.

You can use the button to change the order page of folders that are on the same level and within the same parent page folder. If you want to move a page folder into a new parent page folder, you must do it from the Page folder settings dialog as before.
