Dashboard update with customizable views, widgets, and performance improvements

We've updated the Dashboard to provide a better performance along with customization points. The Dashboard now supports mutiple views and configurable widgets. Have a look at our Merchant Center documentation for more information.

Please note that the Dashboard is not available on our AWS Regions.
