Prerequisites
To explore these features hands-on, you need access to a Frontend Studio and to at least one of the two store launchpads linked to a Composable Commerce Project. If you're working with the store launchpads, ensure you have the appropriate Node.js and Next.js versions installed as outlined in the Node.js version support plan.

Frontend Studio
Frontend Studio received powerful new capabilities that enhance your development workflow and project management:

- Token-based authentication for API deployments: secure your API deployments with token-based authentication, improving security and automation capabilities.
Store launchpads
Store Launchpad for B2C Retail and Store Launchpad for B2B Manufacturing have been updated with significant enhancements:
- Node.js version 22 and Next.js version 15.x support: stay updated with the latest technology stack, ensuring optimal performance and access to new features.
- Comprehensive accessibility enhancements: improved accessibility across components with dedicated Storybook documentation, making it easier to build inclusive shopping experiences.
- Full discount support: complete support for Customer Groups and all discount types (no UI available for the B2C Retail Launchpad), enabling sophisticated promotional strategies.
- Dynamic page filtering capabilities: filter and organize content dynamically, providing more flexible page management.
Additionally, the B2C Retail launchpad now includes Payment Only mode support, while the B2B Manufacturing launchpad gained Associate Shopping List functionality and configurable checkout redirect URLs.
Frontend development
The Frontend development area received important updates to improve developer experience and code quality:
