Introduced the locale drop-down for page versions

In the Site builder, you can now set the page version locale by selecting it from a drop-down menu when creating, editing, or duplicating a page version.

The improved user interface allows you to set the locale using a multi-select dropdown field instead of FECL. However, you can still specify a FECL expression for advanced configuration.

In addition, the locale configuration is now isolated from the page version scheduling function. This means that you no longer need to schedule a page version to apply conditional locale-based rendering.
