Orders
Following feedback gathered during the early access phase, the Carts list is now available in the Merchant Center. Merchants can now view all Carts created within a Project in one place, improving support capabilities and cart management workflows.
This feature includes:
- Advanced search and filtering: narrow results using keyword search and filters to find specific Carts.
- Flexible column manager: customize the list view to display the information that matters most to your business.
- Cart source linking: navigate directly to related resources such as Quotes, Orders, and Recurring Orders that were created from a Cart.
- Customer integration: access Carts from the Customer details page through the Carts tab, which displays all Carts belonging to that Customer.
To access the Carts list, navigate to Orders > Cart list in the Merchant Center. If you don't see the Cart list item in the Merchant Center main menu, refresh the page.
