- Only users in Teams with appropriate permissions can view the cart list and cart details. Permissions are managed by the Administrators Team in your Organization.
- By default, the list shows only Carts that were modified today. To expand the range, click the Last modified filter and select a different period of up to 31 days.
Search and filter Carts
On the Orders > Cart list page, use the keyword search to find specific Carts and also filter the Cart list based on certain criteria.

To search for a Cart, type a keyword in the search bar, then press Enter. Optionally, you can click All fields to restrict the search to a specific field.The search is case sensitive. For example, searching for
Johndoes not return results forjohn. -
To filter the list: click Filters, then add one or more filters to refine your results.
View and manage Cart details
- Go to Orders > Cart list.
- Select the required Cart from the list.
- On the Cart details page, you can see:
- Status: current state (for example, Active, Merged, Ordered, Frozen).
- Cart items: line items with quantity and price.
- Applied cart discounts: discounts applied to the Cart.
- Customer: billing and shipping addresses, and a link to the customer (if the Cart belongs to one).
- Shipping details: the name of the shipping method.
- Cart summary: overview of the Cart, including taxes, shipping costs, and totals.
View the linked Customer
If the Cart is linked to a Customer, click Open customer details in the Customer section to view the customer record.
