This phase involves securing access to both commercetools and external AI platforms. You should start AI platform registrations immediately. They run on vendor timelines and should not wait for your commercetools setup to complete.

AI platform registrations
Signing an AgenticLift contract does not bypass AI platform waitlists. Start these registrations on day one.

Stripe configuration
Obtain the Stripe Secret Key (
STRIPE_SECRET_KEY) from the merchant Stripe account. This is required during Agentic Channel configuration. For the Google Gemini module, Worldpay is also a supported PSP in addition to Stripe. Confirm your PSP with your CSM.
