Fixed Fee, Fixed Time
All Expert Services packages are provided on a fixed fee, fixed time basis, with the scope, timeline, and cost defined and agreed upon prior to project commencement.
Reporting & Time Sheets
Time will be tracked in 30-minute increments with a minimum of 30 minutes, and detailed reports are available upon request.
Extension
Extensions to the term or scope of the project may be negotiated if required, subject to mutual agreement.
Project Close-out Procedures
Customer will be informed about expiring hours 30 days before. Engagement will be closed without further notice once hours are expired or depleted
Fees and Termination
The Customer agrees to pre-purchase a value package of Max. hours limit hours which will be invoiced upon acceptance of this Quote. All fees for the pre-purchased package are non-refundable and must be paid in full as per the agreed payment terms.
Customer Obligations
The Client will provide all necessary access to systems and information required for the Expert Services Team to perform their work.
Completion note
All deliverables meet the specifications outlined in the statement of work. All training and support services have been provided to the Client’s satisfaction
Change Management
Any changes to the scope, timeline, or cost must be documented and approved by both parties through a formal change request process.
Travel
Travel is not included in any of these ES Offers. In case, commercetools' employees are requested to travel, an individual offer will be made. Time of travel will be charged and respective costs will be included in the offer.
