Product description

The "B2B Commerce" product is based on the commercetools Platform. It offers business user tooling like the Merchant Center, customer experiences like Checkout, system connectors, and a comprehensive suite of REST APIs as well as a GraphQL API. The APIs and the Merchant Center come with various extensibility and integration options.
For a comprehensive list of APIs, see the defined scope. The APIs marked with the B2B tag are exclusive to B2B Commerce.

Included modules and their capabilities:

  • Product Catalog: product data management, product catalog management, Business Unit (BU)-specific product catalogs, internationalization and omnichannel support, smart data modeler.
  • Pricing: BU-specific pricing, product embedded pricing, standalone pricing, tiered and volume pricing, tax categories, dynamic pricing.
  • Promotions: BU-specific promotions, product and cart discounts, discount codes, shipping discounts, promotions management.
  • Storefront Search: BU-specific product search, product discovery, search relevance tuning, refinement and filtering, indexing and querying.
  • Purchasing processes: cart management, orders management, inventory management, quotes management, approvals management, saved payment methods, shipping, purchasing lists, recurring orders, returns, line item configurations.
    • One year of order storage (rolling).
  • Import/Export: customers, business Units, products, categories, prices, discount codes, inventory, orders.
  • Audit Log (Basic)
  • Business Customers: business customers management, roles and permissions, customer groups.

Also included:

"B2B Commerce" was previously named "Composable Commerce for B2B". If your agreement with commercetools refers to "Composable Commerce for B2B" or just "Composable Commerce" while having agreed on a B2B Add-On, the scope of services defined here continues to apply to you. The scope has not been reduced.

Compliance

B2B Commerce can be implemented in compliance with HDS and HIPAA. HIPAA compliance is available as an Add-On.
